Our strong point is our special flours, chosen for their properties and their ability to create fragrant, flavourful doughs. Senatore Cappelli, spelt, wholemeal, hemp, buckwheat, burnt wheat: every dough is handled with attention and care, and recommended in pairing with different toppings.
And the real difference comes from the toppings: tomato sauce, high-quality mozzarella, seasonal vegetables, DOP cured meats and cheeses. To understand the difference, all it takes is one bite.
