Mauro and Cristiana<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mauro Rossetto and Cristiana Serafini are the beating heart of AmaMi. Mauro spent years between Milan and the United States, carrying forward the mission of spreading Italian food culture around the world. Cristiana, a marketing expert, brought AmaMi\u2019s identity to life, creating a brand that combines tradition and modernity. In 2015 they turned their dream into reality with a project that smells of home and innovation, which in 2024 led to the opening of the second location in Porta Romana, AmaMi Ancora.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

For ten years, AmaMi has pulsed to the rhythm of the most authentic Milan: born in 2015 in the heart of the Porta Nuova project, at the foot of the skyscrapers in Piazza Alvar Aalto and in the shadow of the Zanoia Arch rising over the Bastioni, sealing a future of vibrant contrasts \u2013 between tradition and modernity. Here we could only rewrite the concept of pizza: still linked to tradition, but with our eyes on the future. We have continued to develop the recipe of our yeast-free dough, light and crunchy, experimenting with many new flours such as Senatore Cappelli wheat, buckwheat and hemp, and offering fun, creative toppings. An idea that blends Italian tradition \u2013 raw materials selected from small producers \u2013 with the creative ferment of a metropolis in constant evolution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In just a few years, AmaMi has become a reference point for those looking for \u201cthe Milanese Pizza that makes your heart beat\u201d: not a simple reinterpretation of true Roman pizza al taglio, but a culinary experience of its own, capable of stirring emotions with clean flavours, digestibility, and a menu that embraces all of Italian cuisine, from aperitivo to dessert. We chose a style that reflects our cuisine: essential, welcoming, without excess. Dark tones, clean lines and an atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the moment. 40 seats inside, 45 in the outdoor area.
